Return of New and Unused Products

Arena STEM will accept any new, unused, and undamaged products in their original box for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and for store credit within 90 days of purchase.  An original receipt is required. 

 

Items and packaging must be in perfect condition and suitable to be sold to another customer. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.

 

Return of Defective Merchandise

All of Arena STEM’s items are guaranteed by our suppliers to be in perfect working condition when new.  If you have reason to believe that a product you purchased at Arena STEM is defective, please bring it in to the store to have one of our technicians assess it within 30 days of purchase.  If the technician determines that the product is defective and we are unable to fix it, we will exchange the product.  Our managers will work with each customer to provide a solution.  Arena STEM does not offer any product warranties, all warranties are offered by manufacturers.

Damages caused by customers are not covered and cannot be refunded or returned for store credit! Our technicians may be able to fix damaged items for an additional fee.

Please note: Some of our products may require additional training or instruction for optimized use.  If this is the case, please speak with one of our store associates and we will be happy to set up a training session.

Items Excluded from Our Return Program:

• Any item that has been used

• Most batteries

• Kits with a broken protective seal 

• Vehicles that have been operated
