COVID-19 SAFETY STATEMENT

To our valued customers and employees,

 

At Arena STEM, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the surrounding community is our top priority.  We understand and share your concern given the COVID-19 pandemic.  Like you, we are constantly monitoring the latest news, and we are following the advice of our local and federal government and health authorities on how best to protect our customers and employees.  We take this responsibility very seriously. We wanted to share some immediate steps and precautions we have taken to ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean environment:

 

• Temperature checks are required for all employees at the beginning of every shift.

 

• Face masks must be worn by all employees and guests.  Replacement masks and gloves are available at the front desk upon request.

 

• Our employees are authorized to prevent individuals who refuse to wear a mask from entering the Arena STEM center.

 

• All workers and customers required to maintain at least six feet of distance from one another at all times, to the maximum extent possible.

 

• We have installed plexiglass barriers for the safety of our guests and employees.

 

• Each guest will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering the store, and before and after entering each attraction. Self-service hand sanitizer stations are available throughout our retail and gaming spaces.

 

• To enforce social distancing throughout our entire facility, we are reducing our guest capacity to 50%, as recommended by state and local officials.

 

• Dedicated staff will be sanitizing all the gaming areas and gaming equipment, as well as additional high-touch surfaces, every 4 hours.
